Delete my data
Everything SM Crawler holds is on your own device, so you can delete all of it yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.

We hold nothing. There is no account with us and no copy on our servers, so there is nothing for us to erase on your behalf. The steps below remove everything, at source.
1 · Disconnect one account
Open SM Crawler Setup and press the ✕ beside any connected account or inbox. Its access key and saved details are deleted from your device straight away.
2 · Delete everything SM Crawler holds
Delete the SM-Crawler folder in your home directory. That folder contains the entire app: every key, every saved message, every setting and every log. Once it is in your bin, nothing remains.
- Mac: Finder → Go → Home → drag

On a Mac, also remove com.davidborg.smcrawler.plist and com.davidborg.smcrawler.tunnel.plist from Library/LaunchAgents in your home folder, so the background engine does not restart.
3 · Remove SM Crawler's access at the platform
Deleting the app removes its keys, but you may also want to withdraw permission at the source. That is done in your account settings on each platform:

4 · If you would rather we confirmed it
